The Dan Coffey ‘The Right Thing To Do” Award is an annual award given to the individual who has demonstrated and walked out in their professional as well as personal life the following characteristics:

• Strength
• Excellence
• Reliability
• Veracity
• Integrity
• Character
• Enthusiasm

Individuals who are considered for this award will have a minimum of the following:

• Earned an Above Average on their annual performance evaluation
• Consistent reliable attendance and exceptional client relations
• Tenure of 1 or more years
• The winner of the Dan Coffey award will receive:
• Recognition at the annual Holiday event
• Name added to the Dan Coffey plaque in the Ed Center
• A plaque or trophy to take home
• $250 cash award
